Where does Domicana operate from?

We are proudly owned and operated in Australia. Our HQ is in Melbourne.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major forms of payment, including credit cards, PayPal etc. Soon to come: a selection of Buy-Now-Pay-Later providers.

Is delivery free?

Yes, Australia wide, on all products, always.

How long does delivery take?

All products are warehoused in Australia, so standard Australia Post delivery times can be expected. We typically expect products to be delivered within 12 business days, though this cannot be guaranteed.

Are your products Australian made?

Unfortunately, not yet. We would love to one day establish an Australian manufacturing plant to keep Aussies employed and to support the Aussie economy, however it just isn’t feasible for us at this time. We are growing the business and reinvesting the funds, with the aim to achieve this in the future. Your support in purchasing from Domicana brings us one step closer.
